Classes

Our dynamic 6-day timetable ensures you will always be able to attend your favorite classes!

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

This class embodies what resistance training is all about! It will address all the fundamental movement patterns and challenge each member on an individual level. Excericises are scaled depending on each persons capabilities.

BOXING

Boxing is a fantastic way to not just get the heart rate up and burn 100’s of calories, but learn some new skills too! Expect to learn correct  boxing footwork, positioning, defending oncoming punches and much more. This class is for all levels.

MOVE

The Movement class we’ve created is a type of training that involves high work rate, utilising exercises designed to burn a maximum amount of calories during your workout. It’s our very own blend of HIIT Training with a twist!

YOGA

Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.

PILATES

Pilates is a body conditioning system that improves muscle tone, balances musculature, builds flexibility and muscle strength, as well as increases endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.

1 ON 1 COACHING

Take your Training to the NEXT LEVEL. Book your 1 on 1 Session in with one of our experienced Coaches. If you’re looking for a more specific guided and personalised approach where you can  focus  on yourself without any distractions, then please consider our 1 on 1 Coaching option each week. We’re here to help.
